For products purchased through our website, the request for a return, exchange or guarantee is made as follows:

• Fill out the returns form click here or send an email to info@muvactivewear.com.
• Let us know information about your order number, collection address and items to be returned.
• Our team will contact you with instructions on the steps to follow.

You must take into account the following information to proceed with your request:

• The user has 30 days to make a request for an exchange or return.
• The garment(s) to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and have all the original labels and protectors, as it was delivered.
• Garments in the SALE category or purchased with a special discount (other than a coupon) are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Exchanges of garments are made for products of equal or greater value (assuming the difference cost of the garments) and these are subject to inventory availability.
• MUV Activewear will bear the shipping costs only in the event that the product arrives with factory defects.
• MUV Activewear reserves the right to accept changes with prior analysis of the product, verifying that the condition of the garment meets the conditions mentioned above.

If you do not receive a response from the user to continue the exchange/return process, counting 30 calendar days from the response from MUV Activewear, the request will be terminated and the exchange or return will not be accepted.
